Services
As a doula, I'm available to provide: childbirth education, labor support, postpartum support and care, parenting support & help, babywearing and breastfeeding help, and referrals or resources for anything else birth or baby-related. My role will be a little different for each family but my main job will be to offer guidance and education. I can assist you in creating a birth plan, help you research your choices, provide a comforting hand to hold during contractions or a listening ear for pregnancy woes, suggest positions to try during labor, and so much more.
I currently offer a variety of services, depending on your specific needs. I know that price is something that can deter people from utilizing a service like this so I strive to be able to help any mom that needs my services. I offer discounts to military families, single parents, and other unique situations. Please contact me for a complete list of services.
INITIAL CONSULTATIONS ARE ALWAYS FREE!

COVID-19 CHANGES
COVID-19 has made in-person doula work more challenging but never fear! I am still available in a variety of ways to help and support new families! As a non-traditional provider listed in the “Healthcare Professionals” category, I received the first dose of my COVID-19 vaccine in February 2021 and will be receiving my second dose in March 2021. I am practicing social distancing, masking up, diligent handwashing, as well as monitoring myself and my family for any signs of sickness – COVID-19 related, or otherwise. Your health and the health of your baby are of utmost importance to me!
